WBPSC Miscellaneous Result 2024-Tie Breaking Policies
If two or more candidates score equal marks in the exam, then the following criteria will be followed to resolve the ties.
- Candidates with higher marks on the Personality Test will get the preference.
- If there is still a tie, the candidate with higher aggregate marks of the two papers in which the candidate obtains the highest and second highest marks will get the preference and in case of further tie highest marks obtained by a candidate in any paper will be given preference.
- If there is still a tie, a candidate with a higher age will get the preference.
WBPSC Miscellaneous Cut Off 2024
The WBSPC Miscellaneous cut-off is the minimum score to be obtained by the candidate in order to be declared successful in the exam. Those who fail to clear the cut-off will not be shortlisted for the further rounds.
